Church School is offered every Sunday, for kids age 3 right up through 7th grade! Every Sunday morning in the Church House from 9 to 10, kids from 3’s right through 7th grade share together in fun, fellowship and faith, with the help of their wonderful teachers and guides.
We know your lives are busy! That’s why we’ve designed our Church School program so that kids are welcome to come any Sunday that works! Our ‘rotation’ approach for 1st through 6th grades means that we spend six Sundays on one Bible Story – with kids experiencing that story in six different ways! From the art center one week, to the mission center another – from games that help teach the theme to, yes, even cooking. Whether your child is there for all six weeks of the story, or just a couple, they’ll encounter a fun way to learn about the Bible and the basics of our faith that are so important for every child to know.
For kids who are a little younger – our 3’s through pre-K – Church School takes place in our Nursery School rooms on the ground floor, with age-appropriate story, crafts, and games! And our 7th graders, well, they get their own class – a chance to really dive into ideas and great discussion together!
How do you get your kids involved? It’s easy!! Come to the Church House any Sunday morning at 9:00! If you haven’t registered them before, we’ve got a very simple form to fill out (click here for a PDF to fill out and bring with you!).
Choir for kids! Our Junior Choir rehearses on Sunday mornings at 8:30 am… as soon as kids are done singing, they join their Church School classes. Any and all singers in grades 2-7 are welcome!
